Description

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of strong account management or software and solution sales experience
  • Passenger Transport industry experience is a plus
  • Project sales in IT and/or ITS Solutions field is a plus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, listening and presentation abilities, particularly the ability to engage with customers and contribute to the development of high quality and ensuring that the message gets across with the desired effect
  • Knowledge of preparing contracts and proposals like Confidentiality, Bill of Quantity, Price Offer, etc. for customers.
  • Strong customer service mindset focused on understanding and addressing their needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ability to act in a self-directed self-motivated manner, demonstrating initiative, innovative thinking and to juggle competing priorities through outstanding time management skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented and self-motivated with s focus on continuous improvement
  • Must be able to travel of up to 50-75% of the time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analyses and provide feedback for product development and project improvement processes.
  • Plan and ensure customer visits are carried out, as well as implementing activities related to after-sales customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Take actions to acquire new customers.
  • Carry out sales activities in accordance with the specified budget and targets.
  • Increase cross-sales of products.
  • Oversee the team handling the tender application processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and submission to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reports to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team, receiving reports on marketing strategies and initiatives to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
