Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an HR Department,
  • Proven record of success stories made for happy employees and their engagement,
  • Theoretical background / experience for the creation of HR processes,
  • Analytical approach with a people and solution-oriented mindset,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g., SharePoint ecosystem).
  • Familiarity with the newest trends in the HR domain (e.g. the use of artificial intelligence tools and on).

Job Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for the development and management of the People and Culture Department in line with Kentkart's objectives and goals.

  • Engaging in recruitment and employer branding activities to attract and retain top talent.
  • Formulating human resources strategies in line with company goals and policies, and supporting planning in tasks and vision processes,
  • Creating development plans based on employees' performance results and career goals, and conducting studies related to their development in parallel with annually planned training programs,
  • Participating in the creation of instructions, procedures, process maps related to HR processes,
  • Supporting the organization by enhancing employee motivation and corporate culture,
  • Determining the company's workforce needs and qualifications, and carrying out studies for the preparation of job descriptions and organizational charts,
  • Managing information systems and internal communication platforms related to HR processes,
  • Supporting the performance management system, conducting communication and coordination activities by analyzing and reporting PMS data,
  • Playing a crucial role in the establishment and implementation of the career and talent management system.
