Description

As the People and Culture Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving the organizational culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring that our culture aligns with our business objectives. You will work closely with the leadership team to build a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within IT/Technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to lead and influence the management members and/or managers on employee-related manners and developments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in English and Turkish.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • A passion for people and creating a positive work environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that employees feel valued and supported.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update company policies as necessary.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of belonging.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute company-wide initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
