Description

The Junior International Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our international sales efforts, focusing on the IT sector. This role is perfect for someone who is knowledgeable about reading and preparing tenders, particularly within the context of EU projects, and who can effectively maintain relationships with existing clients.

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer excellence management, or a related field is a plus but not required. Prior experience in the IT field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level is essential.
  • Familiarity with Canias ERP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Reading, analyzing, and preparing tenders, particularly for EU projects and international opportunities.
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, contracts and documents needed.
  • Supporting sales team members in developing sales strategies and conducting market analysis.
  • Collaborating with foreign customers, partners, administrations and relevant departments.
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities in the IT sector and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Utilizing Canias ERP (or being willing to learn) to manage customer information and track sales activities.
