Description

  • Academic degree in electrical / electronics engineering, system engineering, computer science, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • The ability to write clear documentation
  • The ability to identify technical risks
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Have affinity with project management
  • Proficiency in using Jira or similar tools for project tracking
  • Knowledge of MBSE and SysML is a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO 15504 / 33061 is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize own time and workload 
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Have high-level of creativity, initiative, pragmatism and persuasiveness
  • Be self-motivated, work independently with minimal day to day supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee system design, ensure compliance with requirements, and optimize performance through technical guidance, testing, and validation processes.

 

  • Understand tender requirements and comment on the compliancy of the existing solutions with these requirements
  • Provide technical insights for customer interactions and project proposals.
  • Capture project/product requirements and define system requirements
  • Allocate requirements to sub-systems and associated hardware and software elements
  • Design and validate system architecture and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for certifications, approvals and acceptances
  • Support system and sub-system testing, from the lab to real-world environments
  • Review system performance and perform system tests, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards and customer needs
  • Have knowledge about ISO/IEC15288 Systems and software engineering — System life cycle processes
  • Organize technical teams in development processes
