Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
• Advanced level of English to support international work environment,
• At least 5 years of experience in project management,
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills,
• Being pro-active, positive thinker, self-motivated, results-oriented,
• Having excellent teamwork and collaboration skills,
• Able to demonstrate project documentation, execution skills, and high-level tracking ability,
• Proficiency in project management, including the use of standard project management tools and techniques,
• Experienced in software and hardware projects installation and commissioning,
• Knowledge of MySQL, PL/SQL and Linux system is a plus,
• Knowledge of remote desktop, ssh, telnet connections is a plus.
• This position requires travelling on a frequent basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of projects ensuring that customer requirements and target achievements with respect to timing, quality, and costs are met,
• Support customers on the field for any technical issue on the project,
• Analyzing the requirements and evaluation design solutions for projects,
• Prepare operation documents to support field technicians,
• Identifying and resolving issues to achieve project milestones,
• Meeting frequently with the client, organizing and facilitating cross-functional and intra-team meetings with the team and the client,
• Supporting the Business Development for possible projects,
• Handling variation orders in ongoing projects,
• Keeping all BOM lists of the projects up-to-date.
